Colin Ginger Beer is an English style pale ale brewed with a variety of ginger additions throughout the brewing process to bring you a uniquely spiced ale. With a bright and biscuity malt base and a refrained hop presence making way for the earthy ginger spice to shine, Colin is a deliciously refreshing beer - with ginger. Brewed with our dear friend Colin Larter from Happy Goblin Brewery, one of the true OG's of Sydney's craft brewing industry. Pairs well with southern fried cauliflower.
